Smoked Maple Sour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml smoked maple whiskey
  • 30 ml fresh apple juice
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add smoked maple whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a whiskey glass with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice or a maraschino cherry.
