Classic Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 60 ml whiskey
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes of bitters (Angostura)
  • Orange zest and/or maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation

  1. In an old-fashioned glass, place the sugar cube.
  2. Add the dashes of bitters and gently muddle to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Pour the whiskey over ice and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with orange zest and/or a maraschino cherry.
